During the consultation phase Ellmark will suggest ideas as to how the property will work best for you from both a design and practical perspective. It will also involve a feasibility study to assess the viability of the project.

2. Concept & design
Creating a design that meets your needs
Develop initial design concepts and create detailed plans and visualisations to help with the understanding of the project. At this point we can prepare a comprehensive cost estimate based on the approved design and specifications. This includes materials, labour, and other expenses involved in the construction.

3. Planning & permits
Helping to get the right permissions
Once a design has been finalised it is essential to obtain the necessary planning permissions and permits from local authorities. We assist heavily in this process in order to ensure compliance with building regulations and local area requirements.

On securing approvals, the construction phase can begin. This involves coordinating with our internal and external teams and contractors, managing the construction site, and adhering to the project schedule. We carry out quality control inspections to ensure work is executed to the highest standards.
Finishes encompass a wide range of elements that contribute to the appearance and ambience of the interior space in any project. These finishes are carefully selected in the initial phases of the project to align with the overall design theme and the intended use of each area.

The final phase is to conduct a thorough inspection of the completed project to verify that everything meets your expectations. We will obtain necessary certifications and ensure compliance with regulations. For any ongoing maintenance support we’re always on hand to assist.
